1. General Refund Policy
We strive to deliver the highest quality services to our clients. However, we understand that there might be situations where a refund may be warranted. Our refund policy varies depending on the type of service provided.
2. Website Development Services
For website development services, the following refund terms apply:
- A 100% refund is available if we fail to deliver any work within the agreed-upon timeline.
- A 50% refund is available if the client is not satisfied with the initial design concept, provided that feedback is given within 7 days of the concept presentation.
- No refund will be issued once the development work has begun based on approved designs and specifications.
- For projects requiring advance payment, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate the project.
3. Mobile Application Development
For mobile application development services, our refund policy includes:
- A 100% refund is available if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon application features within the contracted timeframe.
- A partial refund may be considered if the application does not meet the specified requirements, proportionate to the discrepancy between delivered and promised features.
- No refund will be provided for change requests that were not part of the original project scope.
- The initial 30% payment for project setup and architecture design is non-refundable once work has commenced.
4. Digital Marketing Services
For our digital marketing services, the following refund terms apply:
- Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the service period has begun.
- A prorated refund may be issued if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon marketing activities outlined in the service agreement.
- No refunds will be issued based on campaign performance metrics, as results cannot be guaranteed in digital marketing.
- If a prepaid marketing package is canceled before services begin, a 90% refund will be issued, with 10% retained for administrative costs.
5. Content Writing Services
For content writing services, our refund policy includes:
- A 100% refund is available if the delivered content does not match the specified requirements.
- A 50% refund may be issued if the content requires significant revisions beyond the scope of our included revision policy.
- No refund will be provided if the client changes requirements after work has been completed according to the original specifications.
- All refund requests for content writing must be submitted within 7 days of content delivery.
6. WhatsApp Marketing Services
For WhatsApp marketing services, the following refund terms apply:
- Campaign setup fees are non-refundable once the campaign has been configured.
- A prorated refund may be considered if the agreed-upon message volume is not delivered.
- No refunds will be issued based on response rates or campaign performance metrics.
- Unused message credits may be carried forward to future campaigns but are not eligible for refunds.
7. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at refunds@DARTsolutions.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your order number, service type, and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
- Provide any supporting documentation or evidence relevant to your refund request.
- Our team will review your request within 5 business days and respond with a decision or request for additional information.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
8. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We understand that special circumstances may arise. The following exceptions apply to our refund policy:
- Force majeure events that prevent service delivery may warrant special refund considerations.
- If DART Solutions terminates a service for any reason other than client breach, a prorated refund will be issued for the unused portion.
- Customized refund terms specified in individual client contracts supersede this general refund policy.
- In cases of technological incompatibility discovered after project initiation, special refund terms may be negotiated.
9. Cancellation Policy
For cancellations of ongoing services:
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to cancellations@DARTsolutions.com.
- For subscription services, cancellations received before the 25th of the month will take effect at the end of that month.
- Project-based services may incur cancellation fees based on the percentage of work completed.
- No refunds will be issued for work already completed prior to cancellation.
10. Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage clients to review this policy periodically for any updates.
